Adjustments

A chiropractic adjustment is a hands-on or instrument-assisted procedure performed by a licensed chiropractor to improve joint mobility, realign the spine, and relieve pain.

A chiropractic adjustment, also called spinal manipulation or joint manipulation, involves a trained chiropractor applying a controlled force to a specific joint, most commonly in the spine, to restore proper movement and alignment. 

The procedure can also be applied to other joints, including shoulders, hips, knees, and wrists.
